Shipping

When will my order be shipped? It is our goal to ship out ouy every order the same day it is placed. On each product page we have a availability field. This will tell you if the product is avaiable for immediate shipment or how many day it will take to ship the product. We try very hard to have all products fully stocked in our warehouse.

I live in Titusville, Florida, when is your local delivery? Since 2008 Pet Masters  has offered home delivery to all of North Brevard and most surrounding areas.
Just select 'Local Delivery' for your shipping options during checkout!

Home delivery is available Monday-Friday in Titusville.  Orders must be placed by 12:00(noon) for same day delivery. Shipping is free in the 32780 area code. Go online and place your order through our website. Minimum order for local delivery in $39.00
PLEASE NOTE: Not all items are instock at our Titusville store but we will deliver them as soon as we can. Items that are not in stock are usually delivered within 3 to 4 days.

 

What are your shipping charges? Ok, we don't play games with shipping. We Ship Fedex and we charge you what Fedex charge us. 

 


 

Do you ship frozen foods? No not at his time. We do offer local delivery of out frozen raw food.

 

How long will it take to get my order? Below is a map with estimated Ground Transit Times for the continental U.S. Shipments. These times are based on the time the order is shipped, not the day the order is placed.

Returns

I want to return my purchase, What do I do? 

  1.  Click on My Account at the top of the page.
  2. Select the Completed Orders link
  3. veiw a list of items you have ordered.
  4. Click on Returns Items
  5. Fill out the form
  6. We'll contact you shortly

If my dog does not like the treats/food I bought him can I return them? We offer 100% guarantee on everything we sell. If you are anyway unsatisfied with your purchase. You may return unopen bags/boxes of treats and food. If you are unsure of weather your dog is going to like a food we suggest that you purchase a small bag first to ensure that he/she likes it. 
These are the rules:

  1. Package must be in brand new condition. No slobber, teeth marks, Not open.
  2. Pack the item(s) carefully into the original product packaging. Please include all the parts, instructions, and other bits and pieces.
  3. Use the Return Label on the invoice sent with the order (lower right corner). Don't attach any of the barcodes. If you don't have the original paperwork, include your shipping address name, address, phone number and email address so we can find your account.

What do I need to know to ensure my refund?

  • Clean all hair from the items. We have enough here and don't need any more.
  • Package must be in original condition.
  • We suggest UPS or the Postal Service to return packages. We don't pay for return shipping.
  • Insure your packages! A refund will not be given for lost or damaged returns (it happens).
  • You'll receive a credit in the same form of payment originally used.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
